How do I register my child?

HOW CAN I SEE WHERE MY CHILD IS PLAYING OUT?

Our pedagogical staff report every day in the Parent portal app where they go with the children. By logging into your parent portal you can see where your child is playing outside. 

If you want to pick up your child earlier, you can always call our pedagogical staff on the group telephone number.  

WHERE CAN I APPLY FOR CHILDCARE ALLOWANCE?

You can apply for this at the Tax Office. For more information we refer you to the website of the tax authorities.

IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY CONTRACT, HOW DOES THAT WORK?

A contract amendment or cancellation can only be passed on by sending an email to plaatsing@natuurfontein.nl. We always apply one month notice per 1e or 16e of the month.

MY CHILD IS PICKED UP BY SOMEONE ELSE, DO I NEED TO REPORT THIS?

Yes, if your child is picked up by someone else collected at Natuurfontein you have to report this to us. You can let us know by one of our pedagogical staff members or via a note in the parent app. Without notification we are not allowed to give your child to someone unknown to us.

WHERE can I cancel or request a day?

Through the calendar in the parent app, you can report an absence to us. This is also where you can request an extra day (with credit or on invoice)*.

* Once approved occasional days can NOT be cancelled free of charge.

Exchanges are only possible during the vacations!

ON WHAT DAYS IS NATUURFONTEIN OPEN AND AT WHAT TIMES CAN I REACH NATUURFONTEIN BY TELEPHONE?

On school days we pick up your children from school (including Wednesday and Friday), and we are open until 18.30 hrs. 

On study and holiday days we are open from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 18.30 hrs. 

We can be reached by telephone on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 09.00 to 13.00 on 020-7701603.

What are the childcare types?

We offer a total package for all children. This is care for the whole year, including holidays and study days. Your child will have a placement until he/she leaves school. All contracts can be cancelled per month, we use a cancellation term of one month. This can be done on the 1st or 16th of the month.
