Nature fountain is open again!

From 19 April onwards we are open again for all children
It is important to communicate well with each other:

If you suspect that your child has been in contact with someone with corona, it is important that you speak to us about this immediately. We will also be very alert and transparent in our communication with you if we are dealing with a corona infection. In this way, we can all work together to ensure that the virus is spread as little as possible.

Decision tree

Not sure what to do? With the BOinK decision tree, you can quickly find out whether or not you can bring your child to emergency care.

Any questions?

We have listed a number of frequently asked questions below. Do you have a different question? Then take a look at

the state government information page. In addition, we can be reached through Femke, the site managers, at info@natuurfontein.nl or by phone at 06-82662834.

New quarantine rules

The GGD has tightened the quarantine regulations for children. If your child has been in close contact with someone infected with corona, he or she will stay at home for 10 days after the last contact. If there are no symptoms, you can have your child tested on day 5 after the last contact with the infectious person. If the results are negative, the quarantine will be lifted and your child can return to the emergency childcare centre at Natuurfontein.

What measures are you taking to prevent the spread of the virus?

Natuurfontein follows the guidelines of the RIVM.

We continue to adhere as closely as possible to all the rules that are in place to prevent the virus from spreading. Such as distance between employees, hygiene measures including extra ventilation.
The children will be transported in cargo bikes, but the sides will remain open. Furthermore, we stay as much as possible outside with the children.
Because we are outside most of the day, we have created special hygiene boxes. These boxes contain soap, paper towels, disinfectant gel, plastic gloves and paper tissues. The children's hands are washed under clear instruction and supervision of the pm-er. Afterwards they are dried with kitchen paper.

The most important measure for both parents and children at Natuurfontein are:

  • Give your child(ren) their own drinking cup to use at Natuurfontein.
  • Children should wash their hands immediately upon entry
  • Cough and sneeze in the inside of your elbow.
  • Don't shake hands.
  • Children can enter, parents are asked to wait at the door. Please keep your distance at the front door. The pm-ers ensure that your child comes out with belongings.
  • At this time, no tours or intakes are held on site.

How do you deal with any infections?

If we are faced with a contamination, we will always consult with the GGD about the consequences, whether or not to quarantine the children and staff of the group. Whatever the situation, we will keep you well informed.

COMPENSATION 'EIGEN BIJDRAGE KINDEROPVANG'

Parents who are entitled to childcare allowance:
Just as for last year's closing period, parents will also receive an allowance from the government for the period starting on 16 December 2020 for the continued payment of their own contribution. For child day care and guest parent care, this allowance runs until 8 February, and for out-of-school care until 19 April.

The Tax and Customs Administration and the SVB will do everything in their power to calculate and pay the childcare allowance to the parents who make use of childcare with a childcare allowance during the closure period. The SVB will pay the allowance to these parents at the beginning of June. Parents do not need to submit an application; the allowance is paid automatically based on information from the Tax Administration/Benefits.

Parents without childcare benefit:
For these parents, the compensation is paid over two periods:

  1. from 16 March 2020 up to and including 10 May 2020 (day care and host parent care) and from 16 March 2020 up to and including 7 June 2020 (after-school care)
  2. from 16 December 2020 up to and including 7 February 2021 (day care and guest parent care) and the period from 16 December 2020 up to and including 18 April 2021 (out-of-school care).

For individuals without childcare benefit, this will be done through an application procedure to the SVB. The application procedure is expected to be made available on the SVB website in mid-May.

Parents with a subsidy:
Municipalities provide the allowance for parents who make use of childcare with a municipal contribution. More information about the dates on which the allowance will be paid and the application procedure for parents without childcare benefit will follow through the regular channels, including www.rijksoverheid.nl and the SVB website.

For full information about the compensation, see https://www.svb.nl/nl/kinderopvang/.
